Question

What types of non-set related records can be added to a work order's Materials or Services sub-tabs?

Answer

When users are creating job plans, two types of non-set related records can be added to the Materials sub-tab of a job plan. These include Services and Materials. These types of values require the user to enter a description since and inventory number does not exist for the records as they are not stored in a set.
