Issues related to mailslots hosted by SCN or Sterling VAN

Answer

Issues with hosted mailslots are not supported by the on-premise IBM Sterling B2B Integrator team.
Instead customers can open a case with SCN (Sterling VAN, Sterling Collaborative Network) as follows:

Via the IBM Support portal:

  1. Go to the IBM Support portal at https://www.ibm.com/support/home/
  2. Log in to your IBM account or create one if you don't have it.
  3. Once you're logged in, click on the "Create Case" button in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Select "Sterling B2B Integrator" as the product family and "Sterling Collaborative Network" as the product.
  5. Fill in the required fields with as much detail as possible about the issue you're experiencing. Include any error messages you're seeing, steps to reproduce the issue, and any relevant logs or screenshots.
  6. Select the severity level for your case based on the impact to your business. The severity levels range from 1 (critical) to 4 (low).
  7. Submit your case and wait for a response from IBM support.
