Problem
After upgrading TDWC from 8.5 to 8.6, TWS and TDWB links disappeared from the left panel menu
Resolving The Problem
Starting from TWS version 8.6 ISC has been replaced by TIP. The port 31124 is for ISC console. Should be navigating to port 31116 to be using the TIP console "hostname: 31116"
