Policy Checker creates warnings parsing a correct XML policy file

Question & Answer

Question

The Policy checker in TSAAM 4.1.0.0 creates warnings parsing an existing policy XML file. The policy file itself is correct.

Cause

A warning might be displayed from the policy checker when trying to activate a more complex policy. The warning is shown in case the policy checker reaches a resource through the 'StartAfter' relationship chain before the resource has been checked through the 'HasMember' chain.
The policy checker needs to be adjusted to tolerate that resources are checked through the 'StartAfter' relationship chain, before those have been checked over the 'HasMember' chain.

Answer

The internal handling of the policy checker has been adjusted to address the issue. Now the policy checker uses multiple passes during the policy check to prevent warnings related to resources
that are checked in an unexpected sequence.
