To ensure support entitlement for all of your IBM ECM software products continues uninterrupted,
please read through this note carefully.

We are providing this message to aid in your proactive support planning efforts.
Our records indicate you have opened a PMR (Problem Management Report) for one, or more of the defined products and releases shown in the table below. These are ECM software products and corresponding releases that have either surpassed End of Support (EOS), or are scheduled to do so at some point during 2015.
Please be aware, once the defined EOS date for a particular product release has surpassed, without a Service Extension agreement in place for that release, future PMR's will not be supported. Service Extensions are in addition to the annual Software Subscription & Support fees, once a product surpasses the defined EOS date. Our preferred recommendation, to avoid EOS consequences, is to upgrade the EOS software to a fully supported version, taking advantage of any enhancements which are inherent with newer versions, and avoiding a Service Extension fee. Support for all current product releases and access to current code releases, are always included in your Subscription & Support contract. In the event you have product and release technical questions regarding this notification, please open a PMR with IBM support. You may open a PMR electronically via IBM’s Service Request application, or by phone utilizing IBM’s Directory of Worldwide contacts website for a local support center near you. In the event you experience difficulty opening a PMR understanding the product has already surpassed the EOS date, please provide the following information, sending a message to Client Care.
