Install Scanner task is relevant to all computers even though it was already installed

Why is Install Scanner relevant again to all computers if this was already installed before.

Cause

The Install Scanner code level has been upgraded to a newer level
Check the level of the scanner by looking at the Relevance #4
eg.

          NOT

                  if
                      (
                          name of operating system as lowercase starts with "win"
                      )
                  then

                          key "CIT_Version" of file "cit.ini" of folder "cit" of folder
                          (
                              value of variable "windir" of environment
                          )

So the above shows that this is for scanner at level 2.7.0.2047

Answer

The Install Scanner task is used for the Initial scanner install as well as any subsequent updates to the scanner.

Note: there is no Upgrade Scanner task.
