What is the maximum duration for non-scheduled reconciliation in current ITIM/ISIM versions (ITIM 5.1 FP15 and ISIM 6.0 FP4)?
Cause
When 'Reconcile now' is submitted with Query options 'None' or 'Define query', the query from the existing schedule is not used (or there is no reconciliation scheduled), then the maximum duration for reconciliation cannot be configured.
Answer
When reconciliation is submitted with Query options 'None' or 'Define query' then the maximum duration for reconciliation is 10 hours (600 minutes) and currently (ITIM 5.1 FP15 and ISIM 6.0 FP4) there is no option to configure it.
