Abstract
When tables are rebuilt in a Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy environment, the required triggers are omitted from the tables.
Content
Tables are rebuilt in the following scenarios:
- When you install an add-on or industry solution in a Maximo Asset Management Multitenancy environment
- When the global administrator edits a table before tenants are added to the multitenancy system.
Symptom: When you save a record that contains a table with a missing trigger, you receive error message BMXAA4211E.
Solution: Download and apply Maximo 7.6.0.0 iFix. You can download this iFix at the following link: http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/quickorder?parent=ibm%7ETivoli&product=ibm/Tivoli/IBM+Maximo+Asset+Management&release=7.6.0.0&platform=All&function=fixId&fixids=7.6.0.0-TIV-MBS-IFIX001&includeSupersedes=0&source=fc
The iFix contains a readme file, which explains how to apply the iFix. You must apply the iFix before you edit a table or install an industry solution or add-on..
