Troubleshooting
Problem
After upgrading IBM Daeja ViewONE to 4.1.0, users running IBM java jre 6sr9 fail loading viewer in the internet browser.
Symptom
The Daeja viewer fails to load and the java console shows the following:
Exception: java.lang.SecurityException: attempted to open sandboxed jar

Cause
Older IBM Java Runtime Environment not compatible with IBM Daeja ViewONE viewers 4.1.x
Environment
Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.
Diagnosing The Problem
Enable java console to always show from the Java Control Panel on the client machine.
Reproduce the issue and capture the java console output.
Resolving The Problem
If using an IBM Java Runtime Environment is a must, then upgrade to a later version.
Confirmed to work with IBM JRE's 6 SR16-FP2 and version 7.
