Problem
If you are using Firefox 24 or higher as your browser, the Cut, Copy, and Paste buttons do not work in rich text fields such as the Long Description field.
Cause
The Cut, Copy, and Paste toolbar buttons do not work in Firefox 24 and higher due to browser-imposed security constraints.
Resolving The Problem
Use the keyboard shortcuts to cut, copy, and paste text in rich text fields. To cut text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+x. To copy text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+c. To copy text, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+v.
