Known Issues

On client devices with small screens, the "Other" tab (that is mainly used to display person modified To-dos) might not be displayed. In such cases the information is found on the "All" tab

The ISIM Mobile WebSphere Application must be installed on the same WebSphere Application as the ISIM server.

The Android account details are not modified automatically in the account store of the mobile device when the ISIM password is changed via the Change Password or Forgot Password UI of the mobile app. The account store has to be updated manually with the new credentials.

Custom password rules created in ISIM server are not displayed in the ISIM Mobile App

In Android app, Modify Account feature is not supported when the app is configured to use OAuth authentication mechanism

The OAuth tokens granted to the clients, i.e. mobile apps, are not persisted in Websphere Application Server. Hence, if the OAuth services (in Websphere Application Server) are restarted after tokens are granted to authorized clients, they cannot continue to access the OAuth services. The client, i.e. the mobile app, will prompt for authentication to continue with newly generated tokens.

If, after following the instructions in Chapter 5 for enabling OAuth, the example commands do not succeed, verify that Trust Association Interceptor is enabled as described under the section "Procedure", Step 1.c "Enable the OAuth Trust Association interceptor" of the same chapter. If it appears disabled, enable it and restart Websphere Application Server

See "Known Issues and Limitation" section in the ISIM Mobile Installation Guide for additional limitations.
