How to properly switch IMS servers
Issues may arise within the cached wallet if the workstation is not rebooted after running the "Set IMS Server Location" utility.
Cached wallets will do a full sync with the IMS upon every check-in. This can quickly overload the IMS if too many workstations are in this state.
Resolving the problem
1. Log-off from AccessAgent
2. Set IMS Server Location
3. Kill processes in the following order: AttisService.exe (only for 8.2.1 or later), DataProvider.exe, SOCIAccess.exe, Sync.exe and AATray.exe
4. Delete Cryptoboxes folder
5. Restart computer
