Problem
Attempts to start IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz) result in the warning message "TPFC7005I".
Symptom
The full error message is as follows:

Cause
The problem is due to a missing local host connection in RSE (Remote System Explorer).
Normally, a local connection is defined by default and the last one cannot be deleted.
In this case, the last one was somehow deleted, and the cause of could not be determined.

Add a local host connection to RSE manually.
