Unable to Cancel a Work Order

Question

Is there a reason that I can't cancel a work order?

Answer

Work orders that have been approved at some point in the record's life cycle and had actuals reported against them can longer be cancelled.  The CAN status will no longer be available from the drop down list in this case.  If no actuals are reported however, the work order can be changed from APPR to WAPPR and then to CAN.
