Affected Products and Versions

IBM SDK, Java™ 2 Technology Edition, Version 5.0 (maintenance levels older than service refresh 16 fix pack 5) provided by WebSphere MQ 7.0.1 on all platforms (except IBM i and z/OS)

Remediation/Fixes

Apply fix pack 7.0.1.13 when available. In the interim apply APAR IT02621

Please note that in Fix Central, an iFix is available under the APAR name, IT02621. For WebSphere MQ 7.0.1 on AIX only, this fix is labelled IT02621.1.
