Question
You may have a number of scheduled maximo reports and these may be executing on a variety of servers. When you receive the email, how can you identify which Maximo server produced the report?
Cause
You may find that you are receiving reports and not know which of your servers produced the report. it may even appear that report from your productions server is executing multiple times (and possibly presenting different results) when, in fact, it's also running from your Development or QA server.
Answer
The suggested solution is to utilize the "Comments" field on the report request page to indicate which server you are running the report against. This comment will be included in the body of the email that is sent and requires no report customization.
The body of the email you receive will include the comments
"Executed on: MYTESTSERVER"
