Problem

Collecting data for problems with the IBM® WebSphere® Extended Deployment Runtime Map and Runtime Topology component. Gathering this MustGather information before calling IBM support will help you understand the problem and save time analyzing the data.

Resolving The Problem

Before reproducing the problem, enable the following trace spec:

On the Deployment Manager:
*=info:com.ibm.ws.xd.admin.hadmgr.*=all:com.ibm.ws.odc.*=all:com.ibm.ws.console.hadmgr.*=all

On the ODR Server:
*=info:com.ibm.ws.xd.*=all

Please send the following doc:

    • SystemOut.log(s)
    • SystemErr.log(s)
    • ffdc
    • trace.log files

Submitting information to IBM Support
After a PMR is open, you can submit diagnostic MustGather data to IBM.
