Customer install IBM Case Foundation 5.2 on AIX, how can customer install SSAS OLAP connector for IBM Case Analyzer 5.2?
Cause
The option to install SSAS OLAP connector only appears on Windows machine
Answer
Case Analyzer uses SSAS Connector to talk to MS OLAP database. This SSAS Connector comes with Case Foundation Installation.
So, the customer needs to only install the SSAS Connector on the server containing OLAP database (which is on Windows box).
If Case Foundation is on AIX, it can be configured to work with the SSAS Connector installed on the Windows box.
There is no need to install CPE on the server that has only MS OLAP database.
