Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to run repotools-jts -generateUrllMappings command using IBM Jazz Team Server (JTS) results in the error "CRJAZ1356E The repotools command could not connect to the following server: 'https://localhost:9443/jts'."
Symptom
You see following error message in terminal:
CRJAZ1356E The repotools command could not connect to the following server: 'https://localhost:9443/jts'.

Cause
Your JTS server is stopped. During running this command your server must be running.
Resolving The Problem
Procedure:
- Start your JTS server.
- Rerun repotools command.
