Troubleshooting
Problem
In the front end, when a user creates a PM and attaches one job plan to it, the JPSEQINUSE flag is set to 0. In the Job Plan Sequence tab of the PM application, another job plan is attached. When saving the PM, the flag gets checked automatically. But if the same operation is performed using the MIF loading, the flag is not getting checked.
Resolving The Problem
1) Make sure you are adding new Job Plans to an existing PM,
See that the action is always Add
2) You can then simply add the PM.JPSEQINUSE flag to the XML you are uploading as follows:
3) This will force the PM to be updated when more than 1 Job Plan is in use, see the following example:
