Will future versions of IBM Rational Rhapsody still have Flowports, even though they are marked as deprecated in the official Systems Modeling Language (SysML) 1.3 documentation?

Cause

SysML version 1.3 has marked Flowports as being deprecated. See 9.1.5 Deprecation of Flow Ports and Flow Specifications in the SysML documentation.

Answer

Yes, IBM Rational will have Flowports in future versions of Rational Rhapsody for legacy support, even though they are marked as deprecated in the SysML documentation.

There are no current plans to remove Flowports from Rational Rhapsody.
