PH12444	-ABENDS0C4 in EQA00OHH when application is doing Binder API calls and running with SVC Screening on. Debugging running in SVC Screening mode catches the binder module in Access Mode which causes the abend. The debugger should ignore Access Mode callers.
PH02307	-Service for Debug Tool 13.1.
PH02157	-When IMS Transaction Isolation is run on multiple IMS systems on an LPAR, and those systems are also running an IBM Tools product called Workload Router, various IMS system abends can occur because of serialization issues. Among these are U0705, U0768 and U0780.
PH00425	-IMS Transaction Isolation job card generation not including the department. The job card generator should consider any preferred job card parameters from DTU option 0.

For instance, when debugging you see the following messages in the log: EQA1334I The operating system generated the following message: EQA1335I EQA4020E Load module information could not be retrieved for module CEELOCT because the loading service (provider) that loaded the module loaded it from LLA and no matching copy was found in either EQALOAD or STEPLIB. The load module cannot be debugged.

PH08226	-IBM Developer for systems Z debugger V14 gets ABEND ABENDS0C1 branching into address '00000000' from EQATIEXT with IMS isolation (ISO) feature. The ABEND happens in DT module EQATIEXT when calling the clients DFSMSCE0 for INIT. While the client's DFSMSCE0 does not have INIT entry point registered/defined, VINIT in the vector table is set to NULL, and EQATIEXT still branch to it, thus the ABEND.

PI81873	-Support is added for z/OS Version 2 Release 3. Support is added for z/OS Version 2 Release 3 XL C/C++. -Support is added for Enterprise COBOL for z/OS Version 6 Release 2. The new TEST(SEPARATE) compiler option in 6.2 is not supported by Debug Tool. Add <PROGRAMDSCOMPILEDATE> and <PROGRAMDSCOMPILETIME> tags. -Add support for CICS/TS 5.2 Beta 3.
