Abstract

This technote provides the documentation updates for the IBM Security zSecure User Reference Manuals as a result of the service stream enhancement for PCI-DSS support for the Compliance Testing Framework.

IBM Security zSecure has added more support for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance reporting in both RACF and ACF2 environments.


Supporting enhancements in the CARLa language and the ISPF User Interface have been made to enable installation-specific settings to be used during compliance reporting.

In addition, selection and reporting about events recorded through SMF has been enhanced. New SMF fields provide additional information about Telnet and FTP transmissions, sensitivity of resources, and user group names.
