IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.3.0 FP2 for OS Agents introduced a new algorithm to evaluate situations with MISSING clause. This algorithm was meant to improve performance when MISSING situations are used.
This feature contains a defect that causes the situation to be always true. An APAR (IV51064) has been opened to address this defect and it is fixed in 6.3.0.2-TIV-ITM_LINUX-IF0001.
This problem does not affect platforms other than Linux.

It is possible to avoid this problem by setting the following parameter in the lz.ini file:

KLZ_PROCESS_CMD_SAMPLE_SECS=0

and recycle the Linux OS Agent.
This way the situations will work as before the above described feature was introduced.
