./tacmd executecommand fails
When executing /opt/IBM/ITM/bin/tacmd executecommand -m ver-tdw1:LZ -c 'ls /' -v -o
-e -r or any other system commands it returns KUIEXC401I
Diagnosing the problem
Execute /opt/IBM/ITM/bin/tacmd executecommand -m ver-tdw1:LZ -c 'ls /' -v -o
it will return
KUIEXC401I: The remote command was successfully executed with command
return value 0, but the response file cannot be retrieved.
The remote response file was not available for download, or something
went wrong during download.
The next message and the kuiras1.log file might provide more information
about this error. If you require further assistance resolving the error,
contact IBM Software Support.

Resolving the problem
Under certain conditions, installing the TEMS support for the response-time agents can corrupt the T1 (File Transfer Enablement) component by overwriting the existing TRANFER.dll file with a previous version. Even if you do not have the T1 installed and still see the same problem as shown above the fix described bellow can be tested.
Step should be:
1. Locate TEMS with no response time agents ( No Tx agent codes ), or where the executecommand works properly.
2. Locate TRANSFER file,the TRANSFER library on UNIX and Linux is found
3. Copy it to the problematic TEMS in the same location ( SAVE THE
ORIGINAL TRANSFER FILE )
4. Stop TEMS
5. Start TEMS
6. Test the functionality.
In case you don't have a secondary TEMS with a working TRANSFER library you can open a ticket to IBM Software Support in order to receive it.
