The IBM Cognos Software Development Kit is now available for IBM Cognos Express customers. The Cognos Software Development Kit is a collection of web services, libraries, programming interfaces, and sample programs that you can use to access the full functionality of your Cognos Express software.

There is both the TM1 API and the SDK API that can be used to make applications that work with IBM Cognos Express Product.
