Web Meetings Remote Control - Modal Browser dialogs can interrupt ability to control shared screen.

Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem

Modal Browser dialogs on the hosting client can temporarily disable the ability for a remote controlling user to inject mouse or keyboard events.

Modal Browser dialogs which include the "file browse" dialog (used to add files to the meeting) and the Browser's "About" dialog temporarily disable the ability to inject keyboard and mouse events into the hosting system. This means that a user controlling the shared screen will be unable to do so while these types of modal Browser dialogs are visible.

Once the modal dialog has been closed the remote control functionality will resume working.
