CM-REQ-4379 when doing full content store deployment

Technote (troubleshooting)


When trying to schedule a full content store deployment including user account information the system admin received the below message after it executed:
CM-REQ-4379 Personal data for the following namespaces were not exported. These namespaces are either not configured, or you are not logged into them. "<namespace>"


The reason for this is there are more than one security namespaces, excluding the IBM Cognos built-in namespace, and the schedule for the deployment is owned by a System Administrator that only has credentials for one of the namespaces.

Resolving the problem

1- The system admin who owns the schedule for the deployment should log into all available namespaces.

2- Then, go to their 'My Preferences' area and to the 'Personal' tab.
3- Scroll down and click on the link to 'renew my credentials'.

This will store a new set of credentials for the System Administrator user with reference to the other namespaces, as a result, when the schedule goes to execute again it will be able to export all content.
