Associate Work Zones action is not available to Maximo Asset Management customers who do not have a Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.5.2 license

Technote (troubleshooting)


Maximo® Asset Management users have a Select Action item available from the List page of the Assets and Locations applications to associate work zones. This functionality only exists for customers using Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.5.2.


Action is available from the Assets and Locations applications, but an error message occurs if selected.


Maximo Asset Management users running without Maximo Asset Management Scheduler 7.5.2 installed

Resolving the problem

Ignore the select action menu item.
