This data is required by the support team to investigate inbound or outbound EDI problems
1. The output from the SI\bin\dump_info command (saved to a text file)
2. The data file that is processed by the input side of the map
3. An export resource file with inbound/outbound envelopes:-
deployment > resource manager > import/export > export > XML > no > standard
select "trading partner data" > Next > select envelopes > No
select the envelopes > next > enter and confirm a passphrase > finish > download export data
4. The map defined in envelope
5. The Business process that has the error
6. An XML report for the business process that has the error
7. The DeEnvelope/Envelope translator report
8. The process data from the failed workflow
9. For outbound EDI processes, the 'document extraction' map if the 'document extraction' service is used

Note:- Include the maps in the XML resource bundle so that support receives the compiled binaries and the map source
