Technote (troubleshooting)


Running Cognos based TCR reports, there is no chance to select account parameters in all report groups. Reports cannot be run.

Resolving the problem

Keystone has to be setup as the central user repository.

Integration should be performed following steps in:

Once completed, following verification steps should be executed.

1) Make sure that the keystone repository is visible in the WebSphere admin console under Security - Global Security - Federated repositories

2) Make sure that the keystone users are visible in jazz for service management on the user roles panel

3) Make sure that the keystone users are visible on the manage users panel (Users and Groups - Manage Users) in SmartCloud Cost Management

Note: The invoice report will be empty in case no provisioning is done successfully.
