Fix Readme
Abstract
After set up the workspace to work with Maven projects, and installing the runtime libraries for Liberty in the local repository, as indicated in the document "Populating the local Maven Repository with runtime libraries"(http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/radhelp/v9/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.etools.maven.doc%2Ftopics%2Flocalrepo.html), multiple missing artifact errors are shown if the dependency com.ibm.tools.target.was-liberty is added to the pom.xml of a Maven project.
Content
To correct this problem, instead of using the files <install_directory>\plugins\com.ibm.etools.maven.javaee.core\resources\scripts\Liberty 8.5.0 Plugins Installer\pom.xml or <install_directory>\plugins\com.ibm.etools.maven.javaee.core\resources\scripts\Liberty 8.5.5 Plugins Installer\pom.xml when population the local Maven Repository with the Liberty runtime libraries, use the files http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/wasdev/maven/repository/com/ibm/tools/target/was.liberty.installer/8.5.5/was.liberty.installer-8.5.5.pom or http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/websphere/wasdev/maven/repository/com/ibm/tools/target/was.liberty.installer/8.5.0/was.liberty.installer-8.5.0.pom (you need to download them and rename them to pom.xml)
