How to check in the license manager log file if user is denied license

Problem

I am using IBM SPSS Statistics with a license manager. How can I check to see if a user is getting denied a license?

Symptom

Not enough licenses

Resolving The Problem

Logging for the license manager should be enabled upon install. Open the log file and look for the transaction type for the user who was unable to retrieve a license. Once you locate the user profile and the time the user tried to get a license, look for the TRANS comment. A 0 indicates an issue, 1 a denial, and 2 a release. If there are no more licenses available, the user should show a TRANS 1
