Here you will find two easy steps to joining this proactive support community.
The content in this community is protected by restricted sub-communities and is available only to our clients, business partners, and employees.
Follow these instructions to join the community.
|1. If you do not already have an IBM ID, create one here.
2. Next, to join the community, click here to send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to provide the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Company name
- IBM Customer Number (6 to 7 digits)* OR IBM Client Success Portal ID*
- IBM ID (created in Step 1 above).
3. Please allow 2 business days to process requests to join the community. An email will be sent to you after you have been added to the community and each sub-community.
*IBM employees do not need to provide an ICN or Client Success Portal ID.
