Here you will find two easy steps to joining this proactive support community.

The content in this community is protected by restricted sub-communities and is available only to our Industry Solutions clients, business partners, and IBM employees.
 



Follow these instructions to join the community.


1.  If you do not already have an IBM ID, create one here.
 
2.  Next, to join the community, click here to send an email request to isclient@us.ibm.com.  You will need to provide the following information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
    • Company name
    • IBM Customer Number (6 to 7 digits)*  OR  IBM Client Success Portal ID*
    • IBM ID (created in Step 1 above).
 
3.  Please allow 2 business days to process requests to join the community.   An email will be sent to you after you have been added to the community and each sub-community.
