Problem
When trying to setup automatic rebuild of an active form that has views that change it does not work.
Symptom

Cause
The picklists have view statements that look at different cubes
To check if an automatic rebuild will take place we pay attention to the subnum changes and we do not expect that the view statements will change
Resolving The Problem
place a rebuild button in the active form.
