Troubleshooting
Problem
Under certain circumstances "SCRIPT_LAUNCHER_ScriptFailedToRun" errors on an IBM Tivoli Storage Manager FastBack client could be ignored if no Pre or Post Processes were configured previously.
Symptom
The following messages are examples for the FastBack client script "pre_E_.cmd" which may be seen in the FastBack client log appearing immediately prior to a job run (ORI_MON: Starting COW Job ...):

Resolving The Problem
These messages can be disregarded if no Pre or Post Processes were configured previously and there are no other related messages or symptoms.
