Agent in Recovery Mode due to missing RESTARTQ

Question

There is an agent in RECOVERY MODE after checkpoint command has been issued. The following error msgs are received:

CACJ110W PLACING AGENT 'IMS_IVP3 ' IN RECOVERY MODE REASON(9)
CACG110W PLACING AGENT 'IMS_IVP3' IN RECOVERY MODE REASON(2)
CACG111W AGENT 'IMS_IVP3' IN RECOVERY MODE 07/17/2013 15:07:34.77

What could causes this?

Answer

In the trace log portion of the output, there were entries:

0x006b0006 indicates there was an error received from MQ. The MQ return code is:
2085 0x00000825 MQRC UNKNOWN OBJECT NAME MQI/MQT2/CEP.CSBCA.RESTARTQ not exist

The queue name is CEP.CSBCA.RESTARTQ and the server is trying to connect to a Queue Manager named MQT2.

Please make sure there is a local queue named CEP.CSBCA.RESTARTQ in MQT2
