When in Maximo you may receive an error 500 when trying to access applications
You may receive: Error 500: java.lang.NullPointerException.
Maximo needs a restart and after that the error disappears for a while.
In the log file you may see the following error
[ERROR] [MXServer] [] BMXAA6712E - The MBO record could not be fetched from the database in
the mboset. The mboset has been closed. Check the log files in the home directory to determine the source and cause of the error.
[ERROR] [MXServer] [] BMXAA6713E - The MBO fetch operation failed in the mboset with the SQL error code -4470. The record could not be retrieved from the database.
To resolve the issue, change the session time-out in the server firewall for TCP/IP traffic.
