db2admin user generates errors filling up event logs and Active Directory.
Login failures from db2admin generates 2MB errors per day.
Windows event logs are filled with errors; "Unknown user name or bad password"
This is a Windows issue and not TPC.

0xC0000064 - This code appears when someone tries to logon with a non-existant account. ( this might be due the fact that db2admin is a local account and the AD cannot see it , or it is a windows problem)
Resolving the problem
This is a Microsoft authentication issue, engage Microsoft to address the problem.
