Problem(Abstract)

User gets an error in IE when attempting to open a plan node in Planner Contributor.

Symptom

HTTP 400 Bad Request - Windows Internet Explorer
The webpage cannot be found


Resolving the problem

Go to Tools > Internet Options and on the General tab, choose to Delete temporary files.
