E-Signature is not prompted for "Security Control" option in Security app

Problem(Abstract)

E-Signature is not prompted when you set the Security Control option in the Users or Security Groups app.

Symptom

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

Go to Database Configuration app;
Click 'Select Action' -> Manage eSig Actions;
Filter the Applications tab by Users;
Check the options 'Security Controls' and 'Set Security Profile';
Save it.

Go to Users app and bring up any record.
Click Select Action -> 'Set Security Profile' change any value in the dialog and click Ok. The e-Signature dialog will prompt.

Go to Users app and bring up any record.
Click Select Action -> 'Security Controls' change any value in the dialog and click Ok. The e-Signature dialog will NOT prompt.


Cause

This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IV45367.
