Problem(Abstract)

The links on the Maximo Start Center cannot be clicked

Symptom

Unable to navigate Maximo after logging in.


Cause

This is caused by using an unsupported version of Maximo for Internet Explorer 10. If you log into one of these environments the Goto Menu, Sign out , Profile and Report links will not work.

Resolving the problem

Internet Explorer 10 is supported on Maximo 7.1.1.12 and higher and Maximo 7.5.0.3 and higher in compatibility mode. Versions below this are unsupported and you will see the described behavior. See the Product Configuration Matrix for information on supported browsers
