Request to have a reporting or monitoring tool listing problematic transfers from remote interviewer clients

Question

Currently it is difficult to monitor for synchronization issues (cache files that fail to transfer and/or synchronize or that are stuck in the inbox or TransferFailed folders). Manually checking the inbox or the TransferFailed folders on the server, monitoring IVW logs or monitoring folders on Interviewer PC's (especially when a high amount of Interviewer clients are involved) is not practical.
