Troubleshooting
Problem
When trying to set the users passwords you get the following error: BMXAA3816E - An e-mail message with the new password could not be sent to the user
Resolving The Problem
In the select action menu, you can go to the Security Controls. In there, there is an option to force the email. You can select the other option.
Choose the Allow Generated Password to Be Displayed On Screen option.
After that it will let you change it.
