The recommended solution is to upgrade to the latest version of Cognos Command Centre. Alternatively the work-around below may be used.
Upgrade to IBM Cognos Command Center 10.1.
On servers where the Star Command Center Web Client component is installed, delete the INSTALLDIR\Web\Content\Help directory where INSTALLDIR is the base installation directory.
This vulnerability only affects users of Internet Explorer.
