Reorder Crontask Not Creating PRs
When Reorder is run and the PR is not created and in the Reorder log - you see this error:
Reorder Cron Task processes storeroom Central in site Bedford. BMXAA3463E - Severe error. Please contact tech support.
Typically cause of this problem is with the user that is setup to run the Crontask does not have an default insert site assigned - this is most likely cause of this problem.
Resolving the problem
Go to the Reorder Crontask Setup - check the user (e.g MAXADMIN) and make sure this user who is running Reorder has required Default Insert site (set) within the Users Application.
