Enhancement request. Currently the drop down list within Phone Participants - Get Specific Contact is controlled by the sample field designated to appear in the interview under Interviewing Options - Fields - Participants. Any sample field that is designated to appear within the Phone interview will also appear in Phone Participants - Get Specific Contact drop down.
This ER is to limit this behavior. The client is requesting that this drop down list within Get Specific Contact does not contain all of the fields shown within the CATI interview. Rather they would like another configuration option to set the Get Specific Contact drop down.
