Question
Is it possible to change a Work Order Status to any other Status?
Cause
In the Work Order Change Status dialog, not all Status values are displayed at all times.
Answer
The following is a table of allowable status changes for a Work Order. Business logic dictates that some status changes are not allowed, such as changing a Work Order from Completed back to Waiting On Approval.
Please note that the following table also applies to any synonym values that you create for standard Maximo values shown.
