What version of Maximo\SCCD is supported on Internet Explorer 10
Answer
Maximo now supports Internet Explorer 10 running in compatibility mode only with the following Maximo versions . This can be achieved by setting the individual desktop browser to compatibility mode or using the programmatic solution so that only Maximo will use IE 10 in compatibility mode. Both options are described below

From I.E go to Tools / Compatibility View Setting
Programmatic Solution to use compatibility mode for Maximo only:
There is a programmatic solution that will automatically move Maximo users running Internet Explorer 10 to run in IE9 compatibility mode . Please see the DCF Tech Note here
