DbConnectionWatchDog does not always show the correct holding process

Technote (FAQ)

Question

Does dbconnectionwatchdog logging always show the process holding the database connection.

Answer

No. The timing in the message will show the time since the actual creation of the database connection.

Working back through the log to find the original stack trace will show the process for which the connection was opened. The connection can be reused by further processes and it is currently not possible to update the message timing to point to the reuse of the connection.
